We are building Africa's
digital identity layer
mysmartaccesscard was born out of a simple frustration: too many African schools, hospitals, and businesses were still running on paper registers and lost folders in 2024. We decided to change that.
Our Mission
"Replace every paper register, lost patient folder, and expired membership card in Africa with a secure digital identity, accessible on any phone, in any network condition."
What we stand for
Built for Africa
Every decision (offline support, Paystack payments, Naira pricing, NFC on Android) is made with the African context first, not as an afterthought.
Speed over paperwork
A patient's record in under a second. A student's attendance in one tap. We believe institutions should spend time on people, not paper.
Privacy by design
NFC chips store only a token ID, never personal data. Medical records are role-gated. We are NDPA 2023 compliant and take data protection seriously.
Accessible pricing
We price in Naira, not dollars. A school in Kano and a clinic in Kumasi deserve the same digital tools as an institution in London.

Built to End Workforce Spreadsheet Nonsense
Traditional workforce software was built for remote workers sitting behind laptops. When applied to physical, brick-and-mortar retail shops, warehouses, factories, and schools, it fails completely. Global apps rely on broad GPS geofencing parameters — often forced to a radius of 50 to 100 metres due to smartphone GPS drift inside concrete buildings. This creates a massive loophole: perimeter punching. Employees can clock in from the street corner, the gatehouse, or a nearby shop, turn around, and go back home.
We created mSAC (my Smart Access Card) because business owners deserve a multi-location staff attendance software that actually reflects the reality on the ground. We replaced imprecise, easily faked satellite coordinates with bulletproof, face-to-face visual confirmation.
The Technology: How We Zero Out Time Theft
We don't track your team from space, and we don't force you to buy expensive, fragile biometric fingerprint hardware that breaks down during power cuts. Instead, mSAC secures your business right at the front door through a simple, high-utility operational model.
01
The 20-Second Un-Cheatable QR Window
Employees cannot screenshot their access codes, text them to coworkers, or pre-plan a fake check-in. The mSAC mobile application utilises dynamically rotating QR codes that refresh every 20 seconds. If an employee isn't physically standing in front of your supervisor, they cannot clock in.
02
Zero-Hardware Infrastructure
Turn any supervisor or security guard's smartphone into an advanced access control terminal. By removing the need for wall-mounted tablet kiosks or biometric scanners, mSAC scales infinitely across multiple branches at zero extra hardware cost.
03
Comprehensive Payroll Integrity
We ensure absolute payroll protection by verifying that you only pay for actual, physical hours worked on-site. The live cloud dashboard flags late arrivals, monitors regional branch hours, and generates audit-ready reports instantly.
Why mSAC Tops the Competition
mSAC vs. GPS Geofencing Apps
The Loophole
Global apps use a 50m–100m distance radius. Staff clock in from the parking lot without stepping foot inside the office. Tech-savvy workers use free "Fake GPS" apps to spoof their location from home.
The mSAC Fix
Our scanning distance parameter is less than 1 metre. Staff must make eye contact with your manager to verify their live, rotating code. Zero perimeter punching. Zero GPS spoofing.
mSAC vs. Biometric Hardware
The Loophole
Fingerprint scanners require heavy investments, steady power, constant cleaning, and internet cabling at every single branch storefront. They fail instantly during network lags.
The mSAC Fix
Lightweight, low-data, cloud-optimised software that runs smoothly on local mobile networks. It works wherever your managers' smartphones work.
Scaled for Multi-Location Operations
Whether you operate a corporate office in Abuja, a retail chain across Lagos, or a network of fitness centres, mSAC — your complete my Smart Access Card solution — unifies your entire business footprint. From a single master administrative dashboard, you can monitor multiple locations in real time, set localised permissions for branch managers, track employee roaming between sites, and eliminate salary fraud down to the millisecond.
